How to claim defects

The sale of goods and the rights to defect claims in this eshop are subject to the laws of the Czech republic, especially Civil code, Law on protection of consumer or other Czech laws as the case may be. All the buyers have the same rights irrespective of their citizenship. Our Goods return policy is in full conformity with above given laws.

Warranty

All products carry a two year waranty in accordance with the Civil code, law no. 40/1964 Coll.

Shall the items be purchased by the businessman in the means of the law no. 513/1991 Coll., Business code, the warranty period shall last 6 months and the rights of the buyer result from appropriate provisions of Business code.

Contract withdrawal

The consumer has right to return the goods without reason within a period of 14 days after delivery according to provision § 53 par. (6) of the Code civil.

Claim resolution

According to provision § 19 par. (3) of law no. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, we shall consider the rightfullness of the claim immediately, in complicated cases within three working days. The claim must be solved within 30 days.
